Dealing with picky eaters isn’t an easy task, and if you need someone to help you overcome this problem, you’re not alone. Many fellow parents are in the same boat, and Jennifer Anderson of Kids Eat in Color is helping them convince their children to embrace a healthier approach to eating.
Anderson is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in public health from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. She realized how tricky it can be to feed your child after her son fell off the growth chart and decided to channel her energy into learning how to combat picky eating.
Her Instagram page Kids Eat in Color, followed by 1.9 million people, was born out of her determination to put an end to her kids’ food struggles. She developed her own evidence-based approach, offering easy directions to fellow parents who are struggling to convince their tiny picky eaters to embrace a healthier and more diverse diet.
“Kids Eat in Color is committed to providing parents with the support and guidance they need to help their kids eat better and thrive at mealtime. Every parent deserves to know what to do in challenging situations, to know they are not alone, and to feel less stressed,” reads Anderson’s official website.
