Some parents like to let their kids deal with relationship breakups as they see fit. However, Hollywood superstar Sylvester Stallone is taking a different approach and gets actively involved by helping his daughters write breakup letters.
Stallone revealed this interesting bit of information in a recent chat with Today.
“I write breakup letters,” Stallone told Today. “They’re not brutal enough — I say, ‘I would rather live in Egypt forever, in the sun, than spend another moment with you.’”
Stallone is probably quite busy writing those letters, considering he has three daughters: 27-year-old Sophia, 25-year-old Sistine, and 21-year-old Scarlet. While his daughters don’t seem to mind the extra help they get in ending relationships, Sistine says that Stallone’s attitude can sometimes be too much.
“He’s the most overprotective, overbearing guy,” Sistine shared. “If he had it his way, we’d live at home until we were about 55 — single.”
If you are intrigued to see this and Sylvester Stallone’s other parenting techniques, you can do that thanks to the reality show The Family Stallone. Debuting in 2023, the reality show chronicles the family life of Stallone, wife Jennifer Flavin, and daughters Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet. The Family Stallone will debut its second season later in February.
