Ingredients (to feed 4):
- 8 pita breads
- 1/2 cup of tomato puree
- 1/2 cup of jarred grilled vegetables, drained
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese
Instructions:
- Lightly toast the pita bread for 1-2 minutes.
