Ingredients (to feed 4):

  • 8 pita breads
  • 1/2 cup of tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup of jarred grilled vegetables, drained
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese


  1. Lightly toast the pita bread for 1-2 minutes.
