Mandy Moore has been a huge fan of Gymboree’s clothes since her childhood years, and she finally has her own collection with this company. She joined forces with this children’s clothing brand to create a capsule collection inspired by her winter on the East Coast.
Moore and Gymboree go a long way, and she served as an ambassador of their parent company Children’s Place for over a year. She also loved wearing Gymboree’s clothes as a child since her mother had a habit of buying them as a present every Christmas and Easter.
“Getting new Gymboree clothes was always a special occasion for me. As a parent now, I recognize the joy of special moments. My husband is amenable when I want to do the matching family style set thing and right now my kids are too young to object,” she told Women’s Wear Daily.
Moore has two children with her husband Taylor Goldsmith, and her Gymboree collection is themed around the last winter they spent together on the East Coast. Her sons, Gus and Ozzie, inspired many of my designs in this capsule collection after she got to see how winter looks like through their eyes.
