Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2, 12-ounce bottles of root beer
- Maraschino cherries
Instructions:
- Pour the root beers into 2 tall glasses. Refrigerate while you go about preparing the rest of the ingredients.
