It is really hard to say no when your kid sets their eyes on a toy. But even if you are set on holding your ground, they often find a way to get what they want. A viral video that is recently making rounds on social media proves that.
The video features a toddler named Auggie, who is shopping with his dad. He was told that he can only get a toy that fits in his hand but ended up picking up a large toy DJ set by Fisher-Price.
The dad then tells him that while he can carry the toy, it still doesn’t fit in his hand. At that point, the boy decides to get creative.
Auggie returns the toy on the shelf and then uses the opening in the box to lift it with one hand while looking quite proud of himself.
While the video doesn’t show Auggie walking out of the store with the toy, something tells us that he got what he wanted.
It appears that Auggie likes toys very much and that his parents are happy to indulge him. In another video shared on his Instagram profile, which is run by his parents, Auggie is shown shopping alongside his sister, and they are each sporting a basket filled with toys.
