Mango and White Chocolate
Ingredients (to serve 4):
- 3/4 cup of pudding rice
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1/4 cup pieces of white chocolate
- 1/2 cup of mango puree
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
Instructions:
- Heat the coconut milk and cream in a pan and stir through the rice and sugar. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the mango puree and chocolate pieces, and allow the chocolate to melt.
- Serve immediately.
Honey and Raspberry
Ingredients (to serve 4):
- 3/4 cup of pudding rice

- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1/2 cup of raspberries
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of sugar

- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
