These Pizzadillas Will Shake Up Dinnertime

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/3 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add one tortilla to the pan and spread half the pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle half of the garlic, mozzarella, parmesan, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add the second tortilla and cook until the tortilla is golden brown.
  3. Flip onto the uncooked side and add the remaining pizza sauce, mozzarella, garlic, parmesan, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning. Cook for another 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve.
