Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1/3 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 flour tortillas
- chopped parsley
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add one tortilla to the pan and spread half the pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle half of the garlic, mozzarella, parmesan, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
