Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 diced green pepper
- 300 grams lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 carrots
- 250 grams brussels sprouts
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 4 bread rolls
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until brown before adding cumin, garlic, onion, and pepper.
- Cook for 2 minutes and add Worcester sauce, a pinch of sugar, and half of the vinegar. Simmer for another 15-20 seconds.
- Push the carrots and sprouts through a food processor.
- Strain the remaining vinegar and yoghurt into a bowl.
- Serve the sloppy joes in toasted buns.
