Retired NFL Star Philip Rivers and His Wife Tiffany Welcome Their 10th Child

The big family of retired NFL star Philip Rivers has gotten even bigger. Rivers and his wife Tiffany recently announced that they have welcomed their 10th child, a baby boy named Andrew Joseph Rivers.

Rivers confirmed the news in a recent interview with AOL.com, adding that the excitement was the same as it was with welcoming each of his older children.

“It’s awesome. Tiffany is awesome,” Rivers shared. “It doesn’t matter if it’s the first child or the 10th child. It’s an awesome miracle every time. Everyone is home now, and everyone is good.”

Rivers is now a father of seven girls and three boys. According to him, everyone hoped that the kid No. 10 would be a boy in order to bring some balance to the family.

“We are all fired up. Everyone was pulling for a boy. Even our girls wanted a boy,” he added.

As expected, most of Rivers’ kids are following their dad’s interest in sports. Eighteen-year-old Caroline and 17-year-old Grace are playing tennis and basketball. His oldest son, 15-year-old Gunner, has dreams of becoming a football star and is currently a quarterback for St. Michael Catholic High School, where his dad is a head coach.
