Perfect Homemade Chicken Nuggets for School Lunch

Here is how you can make scrumptious homemade chicken nuggets for your kids’ school lunches.


  • 400g chicken breasts
  • 1 lightly beaten egg
  • 115g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 4 tablespoons plain flour


  1. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and spread them out on a baking tray.
  2. Pour the flour onto a plate and add a pinch of salt.
  3. Toss the beaten egg into a bowl and pour the breadcrumbs into another bowl.
