Blake Lively announced she’s expecting baby number four with Ryan Reynolds last week, and the news quickly took the internet by storm. What should’ve been a happy occasion turned into a nightmare because of the paparazzi, and she decided to keep them at bay by sharing some cute photos of her baby bump.
The Gossip Girl star didn’t make a formal announcement regarding her pregnancy and simply showed off her baby bump at the 10th Annual Forbes Power Women’s Summit. One of the things she discussed during the event is her desire to be a creator and businesswoman while still raising a family and showing her kids that everything is possible.
Shortly after she delivered some maternity glamour at this event, Lively’s house was swarmed by paparazzi. She decided to get ahead of them by sharing photos of her baby bump, in the hope they’ll leave her alone and stop freaking her kids out.
“Thanks to everyone else for all the love and respect and for continuing to unfollow accounts and publications who share photos of children. You have all the power against them. And thank you to the media who have a ‘No Kids Policy’. You all make all the difference,” wrote Lively.
Lively and Reynolds have been married since 2012 after meeting on the set of Green Lantern, and they’re proud parents to three daughters: James, 7, Inez, 5, and Betty, 2.
