Jada Pinkett Smith has an unbreakable bond with her children, and they taught her as much about life as she taught them. She recently opened up about the lessons she learned from her kids and said they’ve given her unconditional love she’s never felt before.
The Red Table Talk host discussed her relationship with her kids in a recent interview with People while promoting her new book Worthy. She revealed that the “level of deep, unconditional love” she received from her kids helped her see life in a brand new way.
“I think what they’ve taught me collectively is that deep sense of self-acceptance… They love every part of me. They love every part of the journey. They are just such beautiful beings in that way, just the level of love, unconditional love, that they have for me and their dad,” Smith told People.
The actress and TV host has two children with Will Smith: son Jaden Smith, 25, and daughter Willow Smith, 22, in addition to being a stepmother to Will’s son Trey Smith from his previous marriage with Sheree Zampino. She recently revealed that she’s been separated from the Oscar-winning actor since 2016, but they have no intention to legally divorce despite living their separate lives.
