How To Make Gummies At Home (No Chemicals, Only Goodness!)

Ever wondered how to make those chewy, fruity gummies without all the artificial stuff? Well, you’re in luck! Making gummies at home is super easy and way healthier than the store-bought kind. Let’s dive in!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fruit juice (apple, grape, or berry work great)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon vitamin C powder for an extra health boost

You’ll also need silicone molds or a small baking dish.

Instructions:

  1. Pour the juice into a saucepan. Heat it up over medium heat, but don’t let it boil.
  2. Add the honey to the warm juice. Stir until it’s all mixed in. Your kitchen’s gonna smell amazing!
  3. Now for the gelatin. Sprinkle it over the juice mixture. Whisk very well to get all the lumps out.
  4. Keep stirring until everything’s dissolved. This might take a couple of minutes. Patience is key!
  5. If you’re using vitamin C powder, add it now and stir well.
  6. Pour the mixture into your molds. If you don’t have a mold, use a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  7. Pop them in the fridge for about 2 hours.
  8. Once they’re set, they’re ready to eat! If you used a baking dish, cut them into cute shapes.
