Hummus and Vegetable Sticks
Ingredients:
- 1 pot of hummus
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 2 sticks of celery
Instructions:
- Slice the vegetables into small chunks or sticks. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Arrange everything on a plate, with the hummus in the center.
Biscuits and Cheese
Ingredients:
- A selection of crackers
- A selection of cheese
Instructions:
- Slice the cheese if your kids need help using a knife.
- Lay out the cheese and crackers on a board and let everyone dig in.
Peanut Butter Date Balls
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 10 stoned dates
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1/4 cup of oats
- 1/4 cup of flaxseeds
Instructions:
- Stir the water into the peanut butter.
- Finely chop the dates.
- Stir the dates, oats, and flaxseeds into the peanut butter (adding a little more water to loosen if needed).
- Roll the mix into balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
