Spending quality family time together is great at this time of the year. While movie nights are great, it’s also fun to try a more interesting activity. Charades
This is the classic family game to play, and for good reason. Choosing either a book, movie, TV show, or song to act out for others to guess is so much fun, and is likely to have you all laughing at each other’s terrible acting skills.
Guess the Animal
This one is a very basic concept but is super fun and educational. Each person takes a turn to think of an animal, and then the others ask “yes” or “no” questions to try to guess what animal it is. This is ideal for testing people’s knowledge and helping each other to learn more cool animal facts.
Pictionary
You don’t need the actual game to play this if you don’t want. Simply write a list of words on individual pieces of paper and put them in a hat. These can then be picked by a member of each team at a time, to then draw it for the others to guess what it’s meant to be. This is a fun way to test drawing skills and enjoy people’s fun imaginations.
