@yummy_little_belly CREAMY CARROT PASTA!🥕 Ingredients (makes one kid’s portion) * 50-60g uncooked pasta * 1 medium carrot (or 2 small), sliced * 2 big tablespoons of cream cheese/vegan cream cheese* * 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan, optional * NOTE: for babies under 1 you can use mascarpone instead as it’s naturally lower in sodium Method 1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack. 2. Meanwhile boil or steam the carrots until soft. 3. Place the cream cheese in a food processor, add cooked carrots, grated Parmesan, season with salt and pepper if you wish and pulse until smooth and creamy. (Add little pasta water or olive oil if needed) 4. Coat your cooked pasta with the carrot sauce. 5. Serve with more grated Parmesan, if desired. 6.
