Chrissy Teigen & John Legend Welcome Baby No. 4 via Surrogate

Only a few months after welcoming their third child together, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend became proud parents again! The power couple welcomed their fourth child together via surrogate, and Teigen confirmed his birth in an emotional message on Instagram.

The couple’s son Wren Alexander Stephens was born on June 19 and his name is an ode to the incredible surrogate Alexandra, who helped bring him into this world. In a lengthy message on social media, Teigen thanked her for making their hearts and home full.

“I got to witness the most beautiful woman, my friend, our surrogate, give birth amidst a bit of chaos, but with strength and pure joy and love… We are so happy to tell the world he is here, with a name forever connected to you, Wren Alexander Stephens,” wrote Teigen.

The model and TV personality was very open about her miscarriage in 2020, when she lost her son Jack 20 weeks into her pregnancy. She reflected on this journey in her latest Instagram post and revealed they reached out to a surrogacy agency before deciding to try for a baby again.

Teigen and Legend are also parents to Luna, 7, Miles, 4, and Esti, who was born earlier this year via in vitro fertilization (IVF).
