Every parent has their own definition of a kid-friendly adventure – and in Chris Hemsworth’s case, it’s climbing glaciers! The Australian actor took to Instagram to share a photo of himself having the time of his life with his 11-year-old daughter India Rose during a scenic trip to Iceland.
Hemsworth recently shared an amazing photo standing on top of a glacier in full winter gear alongside India, and captioned it with the words “a little Icelandic adventure with my girl.” His Instagram post featured a few more photos and videos of India exploring glaciers and standing on a black sand beach in Iceland.
This wasn’t the first epic adventure that Hemsworth and his daughter India embarked on together. She appeared alongside her father in his last MCU movie Thor: Love and Thunder and had the time of her life filming it, even though her dad doesn’t want her to become an actress full-time.
“It’s really cool. They really wanted to be in it. It felt like a one-off fun family experience. I don’t want them to now go and be child stars and actors. It was just a special experience we all had,” he told reporter Kevin McCarthy.
Hemsworth has been married to Spanish model and actress Elsa Pataky since 2010, and they have two more children together – twin sons, Sasha and Tristan, born in 2014.
