Cardi shared the amazing news by posting a photo of herself holding her new baby in a hospital bed, and captioned it by writing “The prettiest lil thing 🌸🌸 9/7/24 💖💖💖.” She also shared a series of photos that show her estranged husband Offset cradling the baby alongside their two older children, the six-year-old Kulture and the three-year-old Wave.
Cardi B announced her pregnancy last month, just a day after she officially filed for divorce from Offset. She described this moment as “a new beginning” and thanked her new baby for renewing her power and reminding her that she never has to choose between life, love, and her passion.
“I love you so much and can not wait for you to witness what you helped me accomplish, what you pushed me to do! It’s so much easier taking life’s twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother, and your sister have shown me why it’s worth it to push through!” wrote Cardi B on social media.
