Beyoncé’s performance at the NFL 2024 Christmas Day Halftime Show was one for the books, and it featured several surprise guests. Her daughter Blue Ivy Carter was one of them, and she joined her famous mom during the final moments of her epic country-themed show in Houston, Texas.
Beyoncé was in charge of headlining the NFL 2024 Christmas Day Halftime Show for the first time ever, and her performance lived up the the hype. It featured some of the biggest hits from her country-themed album Cowboy Carter and saw several surprise guests join her on stage, including Post Malone and Shaboozey.
The most epic moment came at the very end of the show, when Beyoncé was joined by her daughter Blue Ivy Carter during the line dance to the beat of her smash hit “Texas Hold ‘Em”. She even made a tiny change in honor of her 12-year-old daughter, singing “Then spin me in the middle, Blue, I can’t read your mind,” before performing an elaborate line dance by her side.
This isn’t the first time Blue Ivy joined her mom on stage. She was one of her backup dancers during the Renaissance Tour, and Beyoncé previously told GQ that she let her join her because she worked hard and earned her spot. In addition to being an aspiring singer and dancer, Blue Ivy is also forging her path in Hollywood, and she recently made her feature film debut in Mufasa: The Lion King.
