Pop superstar Adele is currently in the midst of a busy period in her career, performing a residency in Las Vegas and plotting a string of shows in Europe. However, once she finishes her professional obligations, she wants to have a baby girl with her partner and sports agent Rich Paul.
During a recent Weekends With Adele residency show, Adele welcomed a couple on stage and helped them do a gender reveal. The couple found out that they were expecting a baby girl, prompting Adele to share with the audience that she too wants a daughter. Adele has an 11-year-old son Angelo, whom she shares with ex-husband Simon Konecki.
“Once I am done with all my obligations, and stuff like that and all my shows, I’m going to have a baby,” Adele said. “And I want a girl because I’ve already got a boy.”
Adele went on to say that a baby girl would “put me in my place all the time” and that she would be “a bossy little queen” considering who her parents would be.
“With me as her mother and Rich as her father, my daughter’s going to be a bossy little queen, isn’t she?” the “Someone Like You” singer added.
