Every parent hopes that their kids will form a close bond at a young age, knowing this bond will last a lifetime and only get stronger. Instagram user Liza Lieberman recently had an opportunity to watch this happening between her own kids and decided to share it with the rest of the world.
Lieberman recently posted a video on social media featuring footage from the baby monitor that captured a heartwarming interaction between her four-year-old son Sloan and two-year-old Kaia.
In the footage, Sloan can be seen lying alongside his sister in the crib and asking her the most adorable question: “Hey Kai, do you want to be my best friend?”
“Yes, “Kaia responds.
However, Sloan has some rules that he needs for his sister to abide in order to keep her status as his best friend.
“No crying and no pulling your hair and no screaming and tell mommy the truth,” the little boy can be heard saying.
The video quickly spread across social media, receiving six million views since being shared several days ago, with Instagram users finding it both funny and cute.
“My favorite moment as a mother happened tonight so even though it’s “off brand”, it’s staying here,” Lieberman shared in the caption of the video.
